Sarah Collins: Transportation in the Back Country: FPAC 2021 Green Dream Internship Program

Transportation in the backcountry can be challenging even in the best circumstances. A sudden rainfall can make an easy drive in become a hard drive out.

Some coffee runs take longer than others.

We do our best to minimize damaging trails and the more experience I get, the more I realize what trails are travel-worthy and which are not. Sometimes conditions are so difficult that we must take the chopper.
