February 22, 2017 – OTTAWA: Forest Products Association of Canada (FPAC) is pleased that the Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr, has launched the creation of a federal-provincial task force on softwood lumber.
“A Team Canada approach is critical for our industry”, said Derek Nighbor, CEO of Forest Products Association of Canada. “These efforts through this collaboration with federal and provincial governments are critical to continued innovation, market diversification and strengthening of rural and northern communities.”
