Depuis mon début en foresterie, j’ai constamment été prise dans une relation amour-haine avec l’inventaire forestier.

Saviez-vous que le Nitassinan signifie « Notre terre » en innu-aimun et qu’il s’agit du territoire occupé par les Innus depuis plus de 8 000 ans?

D’abord, j’aimerais prendre le temps de remercier l’APFC de me permettre de mettre en lumière mon expérience et mes perspectives du secteur forestier dans le cadre de son programme Stage de rêve.

This is my last blog of the summer, but I have had a great time writing about my life and enjoyed the opportunity to support such a great organization.

If any of you have read any of my previous blogs, you would know that I work for Alberta Newsprint Company (ANC).

I have worked in the Forestry Industry for three summers now, one summer in Operations, directly working in creating Newsprint and the last two summers working in the accounting department, working on behind the scenes things that keep the company flowing smoothly.

Welcome to my second blog of the summer, I have had quite the exciting week and wanted to show some pictures of the experience and for the ones I don’t have pictures of I will explain.
