Jenna Phillips (she/her) joined the FPAC team in August 2023 and serves as Manager, Strategic Policy and Project Delivery. In addition to managing FPAC's policy products lifecycle, she leads on workforce development issues, working closely with HR leaders in the forest products sector with the mission of creating resilient talent pipelines and productive workplaces. Jenna serves as Chair of Forestry Together, a national forest sector alliance that aims to foster meaningful inclusion and making the sector an employer of choice for everyone.
Prior to joining FPAC, Jenna worked on sustainability education and policy communications with the United Nations, academic institutions, non-profits, municipal government, among others. Jenna ran her own sustainability education platform called "Clear the Air", where she breaks down complex issues and mobilizes thousands of youth to take climate action. Jenna holds a Bachelor’s of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s of Global Governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs. She is a certified Project Management Professional and is training to become a certified Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Practitioner through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
